Vertuccio Farms

Every fall, the Filichia family goes with all of the kids and grandkids to a farm. We have gone to Mother Nature's the past couple of years but this year we got a groupon for Vertuccio Farms and thought we would try it.
I loved it cuz it was 3 minutes away compared to 25 minutes and much cheaper due to the groupon.
We had a hard time getting a time before Halloween when we could all go together so we waited and went the Monday that followed Halloween. It was the best plan ever!
This farm was not as Halloween oriented with the Pumpkins being the main theme. They had a pumpkin patch but the kids just played around on the hay bails instead of looking for pumpkins (which also made it cheaper cuz then they didn't want one)
The farm was so much fun though! They had these horsey bean bag race things, a fun cow bucket train, a corn maze, an area where the kids could milk a fake cow, carnival games, fun push pedal cars and the best-this big trampoline bounce thing (which I sadly did not get a pic of cuz I was bouncing)
The kids loved this little race
Brielle won the race! I love my nephews-they were so happy to let her win. Not many 8 and 10 yr olds are that way.
Going into the hay maze (right before Davin slid out in a huge mud pile coating his brand new DC shoes in mud-fun fun-note to self-wear old clothes and shoes on corn mazes)
Davin trying to get his car to go-he was a little short but still managed somewhat (Bryan eventually hopped on with him and then they dominated)
 Cade and Carson racing

My mom and Carson having fun.
The best part-waiting till the time after Halloween and before Thanksgiving. Things calm for a little bit, the weather is finally perfect and no one goes to pumpkin patches anymore after Halloween. We were some of the only people there. So fun! Looking forward to next year!

(oh wait, I forgot to add that we ended the night by going to Chick Fil A. Davin then threw up when we all got our food. It was a lovely way to end a wonderful night...)
