Sun's Day

So, I forgot to post this a while back. Bryan won tickets to a sun's scrimage the weekend before Halloween. It was free but we got courtside tickets and a big bag of Sun's stuff. We all have matching Sun's shirts now and multiple other types of Sun's stuff. Davin loved it. They had a lot of activies for kids before and free food. The scrimage was awesome. The players were really relaxed and did a lot of tricks and such.Here's a pic of my favorite player: Grant "freakin' the man" Hill (Sorry its blurry, my camera doesn't do the action shot and bright lights thing too well.) We were right next to the bench so we got to meet the starts up close and personal. Thanks for being a sports freak and winning the tickets Bryan!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Thanksgiving was awesome. Davin had a fun time playing at the park across the street from Jamie's house. We ate a lot of good food and had a lot of fun.
The next day was traditional Christmas setting up. I love the Friday after Thanksgiving. Bryan took off the rest of next week too which was awesome. We left for Disneyland on Wednesday but having him here for a week and a half all the time was a super treat and we got a lot done.

Chuck E Cheese

My family had a tradition of going to Chuck E Cheese every fall as a family. The night before Timmy died, we had gone to Chuck E Cheese for 2007. Last fall, not everyone wanted to go so we decided against it for 2008. Well, we had family pictures taken on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we wanted to do something afterwards. We asked the kids and they said "Chuck E Cheese". So we went. My mom and Dad had a hard time but it was in a weird way, really neat-you'd never think Chuck E Cheese would be a heart-felt experience would you? Davin doesn't remember being here last time and really liked it. The rides were cool. But Basketball was his favorite. He kept draggin Bryan over to "shoot ball" over and over. He drove the car with cousin Carson. They are smart when they put a steering wheel in front of both seats. Riding the jet ski with Daddy was a hit also. He's such a stinkin' Daddy's boy.

Halloween

Way late but yes, we did celebrate Halloween this year. Davin was Buzz Lightyear. Our ward had an awesome Trunk or Treat party. Davin really liked all of the games. My family wen to Mother Nature's farm and played as is tradition. Davin was pretty good at decorating his pumpkin once he figured out the stickers weren't for him. It was fun to all be together. The best part of Halloween: Knowing the Holidays have begun.
